Enfocus Switch Integration
This integration is mainly used for preflighting and PDF approvals and has a powerful ability to make changes within the Tharstern database to protect the integrity of the workflow.
WHAT THE INTEGRATION DOES
This middleware is an excellent tool to bridge gaps between disparate workflows (e.g. an email workflow and an MIS workflow) and it significantly reduces the need for human intervention. It's primarily used for preflighting and PDF approvals but we’ve also seen it used to enhance works instructions, deliver proof of delivery to the MIS, and perform EPM analysis.
The tool can also amend job specs in the Tharstern database to reflect changes made during the preflighting and approval processes.
