Ross’s job is complete when he hears a customer say, “I love how much easier things are now. Why didn’t we do this sooner?” Not only is he enthused with technology and integration, but Ross is also passionate about how the mindset of a business and its people can make a real difference. He is an advocate of continuous improvement and the impact of the compound effect in leading to great results in both a business and personal development sense. In his role here as Customer Partnership Manager, Ross guides printers with their research and identifying new ways of working, from choosing an MIS partner to the implementation process and beyond. In his 17 years with Tharstern, Ross is proud of hitting the highest sales figures for the last 8 years running, being the host, originator, and co-producer of the INKspire Podcast, leading a re-brand of Tharstern and introduction of T4, Smallprint and PRIMO back when he was Marketing Co-ordinator. You will also see him in a number of Tharstern TV episodes.
