Having a passion for MIS and a curiosity is essential to providing the best possible solution for a printer’s workflow challenges. Communicating these solutions efficiently and clearly is always the goal that Philip strives to achieve. Philip takes great pride in not only the software product but the dedicated and passionate Tharstern team that assists businesses on their journey to future success. As a Solution Specialist, Philip’s primary role is to support the Sales Team, providing demonstrations of Tharstern and how best to implement it to meet specific challenges. He also gets involved in implementation projects and technical support. Philip also assists the marketing team, appearing in webinars and Tharstern TV episodes. Philip has been with Tharstern for over 20 years and every day he is proud to support his colleagues and customers to achieve their objectives. Philip has always loved print and design, he gained BSc(Hons) in Printing & Packaging Technology at Watford College and before joining Tharstern, he worked in a number of large print and print management companies covering roles such as estimating, account management, and procurement. He has managed customer accounts in large corporate and retail print projects. He has also attended numerous print exhibitions including Düsseldorf, Amsterdam, Chicago & Las Vegas.
