Professional Services cover reporting, development, and training. Standard pay-as-you-go hours are available but we recommend buying a bundle as this is much more cost-effective.
All systems have a minimum of 5 users but you can add as many as you need, additional license prices can be seen in step one. If you think you will need more than 50 licences an Enterprise Plan may be more cost effective for you.
The install / pre board fee is the same regardless of which plan you choose, you will only pay this once, if you wish to upgrade your plan at a later date you will not have to pay an installation fee again, you will just pay the difference on your monthly subscription.
Can I mix and match between Standard and Premium for different users?
You can not mix and match standard and premium licences.
Yes you can choose to downgrade but there is a minimum 3 month notice period to reduce licensing (for both users and features).
