I got into print as a young administrator working my way through different departments up to Group Customer Services where I headed up the Estimating and Account Management team. I joined Tharstern in 2007 as Customer Success Manager (CSM), travelling across the country training customers on using the system. My new role as Customer Success Team Liaison, is to assist our CSM’s to deliver project days and project management services. I am the communication channel for our customers during the implementation process. I’m always happy to assist and like to tailor my method to suit the customer and encourage communication and questions no matter how big or small the query. I listen to customers and then decide what approach needs to be taken based on their needs.
