Bali Nagra

Bali got into print as a young administrator, working her way through different departments up to Group Customer Services where she headed up the Estimating and Account Management team. She joined Tharstern in 2007 as Customer Success Manager, and since then has worked her way up to Project Coordinator. In this role, Bali manages our CPMs to deliver project days and project management services. She is the communication channel for our customers during the implementation process. Bali tailors her method to suit the customer and encourages communication and questions no matter how big or small.
