American Labels are a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, event tickets and tags based in Ozark, Missouri. They have over 30 years of experience working within the medical, industrial, retail, and manufacturing fields, developing products for brands ranging from big names to small start-up businesses.
American Labels wanted to reduce paperwork, make efficiencies and increase automation in all areas of their business. Their customer service, purchasing and estimating departments were the highest priority for them, but they also wanted to make improvements with their inventory, production, and shipping processes.
“We would have to use several different files and pieces of software just to get one project out to production,” said Stormy Young, Vice President of Administration. “I was having to change gears all day long, jumping from different excel files, word documents, and emails, and it was taking away valuable time that I should have been using to focus on my core duties.”
The label converting business had recently added a Promotional Product side to their business, and they were experiencing significant growth, every quarter. They knew they needed a business workflow system that would help them cope with this growth and that could adapt to their unique capabilities in the Label and Promotional Product departments.

The company are now live with estimating and order confirmations and have recently started using the Material Requestion and Work Instruction features. This will automate their entire office system for Estimating, Order Processing, and half of the Purchasing Department too.
