Training at the start

The ultimate success of any implementation largely depends on effective training. Our trainers have a balance of technical and product knowledge along with a personal understanding of the printing industry allowing them to teach in a straightforward way using hands-on exercises and examples specific to your company. Our training packages will educate the users of the software to be both proficient and confident to operate the Tharstern modules.

Training support

Once your system is up and running we can provide ongoing training courses to refresh, update and develop customer’s skills. We offer training courses at our customer’s sites but also offer facilities at our head office to host courses without interruption.

Our qualified team of trainers also run regular focus groups for specific modules of Tharstern as well as Sage accounts and Crystal reports.
