A dedicated team with a comprehensive knowledge of the TharsternSQL MIS and appreciation of the printing industry allows them to offer valuable assistance and guidance to operating your software.
The technical support team are available to help Monday to Friday and are contactable by phone, email or on-line.
Our on-line facility offers updates and access to a product knowledgebase plus a fast and easy way to register your questions for support and guidance.
Software upgrades
Developing software is an on-going, carefully managed process. Tharstern's ability to embrace new technology and apply it to the needs of the modern printer is what sets us apart from the competition.
Consultancy Support
In addition we have a team of Consultants located throughout the country and it is their role to provide customers with additional on-site support. They make visits to customers to monitor progress and to keep the customer up-to-date with the products and services available from Tharstern.
On a regular basis we host Tharstern Expo's and Focus groups for Tharstern users. The events are held across the UK and are designed to keep users up to date with the latest developments along with an opportunity to share experiences and practices in addition to looking at best practice guidelines.
