Paul's role of Head of Customer Support sees him representing Customers within Tharstern to ensure we continue to improve what we deliver and how we deliver it.
Following graduation, Paul started with Tharstern as a fresh-faced boy back in 1998. Since then, he's enjoyed many different roles working within Sales, Development, Consultancy, and Support (including a 2-year stint working overseas with a Tharstern Distributor). He returned to the UK in 2007 to work as Business System Manager for the then-largest Tharstern customer, before realizing the error of his ways and returning to Keith’s open arms in 2012. Having sold, implemented, and used Tharstern, Paul has a fantastic insight into what an MIS really means to a printer.
